Gold in the Shadow

This was an album re-design done for a class project. I chose to do William Fitzsimmons' Gold in the Shadow because I liked the theme of healing throughout the album. I tried to take theme and display it by starting with dark, high contrast photos on the outside that gradually become brighter and more abstract as the layers of the packaging are gradually worked through. All the photos were taken specifically for the project and the album was assembled completely by hand, making this one of my most labor-intense projects to date.
